Structure of produced product: Five-layer extrusion lamination at one time (including paper layer, plastic layer, aluminum layer), extrusion layer A/main base material/ extrusion layer B, C/interlayer base material. High performance, low cost. Changing plastics/resins in extrusion layer A, B or C can produce many kinds of multi-layer extruded packaging film;

 

Extruder: Φ80mm,Φ90mm,Φ100mm,high-performance extruder(Japanese technique); 

 

Die head: Double-layer co-extrusion device, which is composed of the high-precision full-seal original imported die head(made in Taiwan, Japan or Italy) and the high-precision co-extrusion feedblock (made in Taiwan, Japan or Italy);

 

Control type: High-precision PLC(Siemens, Mitsubishi) programmable control, HMI (Siemens, Hitech) dialog, whole integrative running;

 

Transducer: Japanese ANCHUAN digital vector control transducer;

 

Tension control: Full automatic constant tension control for reeling, unreeling and every tension point;

 

Reeling and unreeling machine: Adopt the round-plate type rewinding and unwinding structure(only one in our country) with advanced international level (Italian technique)
